Why did our beloved prophet (Salla Allahu alihee wa sallam) recommended women to learn surat Alnoor? Like what is special about it for women?

*This surah benefits all of humanity, specifically this surah give supreme advice towards woman and thus family life.
*Topics in it include: morality, chastity, the idea that good woman are for good men, hijab rules, negative outcome for those that commit adulatory, dress code for woman, interactional difference between the young and elderly, the significance of lowering the gaze, distinguishing manner of presenting self in public versus private.
This surah can help woman become superior in conducting all their affairs. It can contribute in making woman and families better in every facet of their lives.
