Q: asalamualaikum,
Can jinns enter into the heart of humans? like literally the heart? how to get rid of a muslim jinn in the body. ruqya quran does not seem to work due to the jinn reciting along.?????????

Allah (SWT) has given jinn capabilities of entering into the smallest and narrowest parts of body. But do not be too impressed by this phenomenon, for Allah (SWT) has given humans the ability to reach Him for a cure. Just as we have committed sins for many years, we should not expect a cure overnight. With dedicated recitals from the Quran, one can attain complete cure, or at least partial cure – depending on our sincerity and patience. You must trust in Allah (SWT) for a cure. Along the way, your sabr (patience) would reap you or the one that is suffering tremendous amount of reward. No good deed ever goes to waste (paraphrased from ayah).
You appear desperate and give the impression that you have lost total hope in the complete Mercy of Allah (SWT). This is from the works of evil Jinn and shaytan. Do not let them both make you fall into despair. One of the signs of despair is having evil thoughts regarding Allah (SWT), aspects of the Quran, pious people, etc. Often we justify our evil thoughts –this too is from the works of shaytan. To justify a wrong is worse then the wrong itself, regardless of the outward piety or justification. (Quote from my teacher.) This would not be good for your Imaan.
Continue making an effort with the Quran and insha-allah Allah (SWT) would make matters easy for you and those around, amen.
