husband died … colorful clothing

Q: can a woman whose husband died wear colorful clothing, wear makup (text)

A: A woman that is in morning should not wear clothing that would function as an attractant to the opposite gender, nor should use perfume, or other forms of adornments, i.e. henna, etc.

    Is there any proof anout it? “”Tabarruj”” is not proper for even a married women. Women can show their adornment to only her near and dear close relatives (father, father-in-laws etc). So, I wish that you provide necessary evidence about widows.
