its all about who calls the shots

‘When you attack black people, they call it racism. When you attack Jewish people, they call it anti-Semetism. When you attack women, they call it sexism. When you attack homosexuality, they call it intolerance. When you attack your country, they call it treason. When you attack a religious sect, they call it hate speech. But when you attack the Prophet (PBUH), they want to call it freedom of speech!’ (Text)

  1. This is a very good point. In American history, or even Western history, there is always a time when a particular group of people have to go through a struggle, whether it is based on their religion, ethnic background, etc, but this is an different issue. In today’s time, there is no excuse for these types of actions in our society.

  2. True there is no excuse for these types of actions in our society today. But even today with all the melting pots located in almost every state. There are still prejudice, labels put on people. They say “freedom of speech”, but becareful to be PC, thus you might step on someones toes. These are some of the things that really upset me. I look at a person for who they are and not for what they are wearing, or how they speak, the color of their skin, color of hair they might have. I know because people dont take the time to know me before they put a label on me. We live in a sad time indeed.
