Q. Again, I am confused, why do some muftis allow paying taxes, insurance and fines with interest, and others don’t

A. Ask them! How would we know why they are giving certain answers? If you want to ask our opinion, then ask directly. We are not going to go on a merry go round and discuss matters that fall into a category of table talk and extended gossip.

If you have a specific question, ask and we shall help, Insha-allah.

Allah Certainly Knows Best.

    السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
Just wondering, what is the opinion of the scholars of this site on taxes, insurance, and fines with interest.
Answer is to satiate my curiosity sparked by the question above.
    Jazakullah Khair.

    Asalaamualaykum,

Is there a way to not pay interest with your taxes?
And if we’re required to pay interest by state law……then we must, right?
